Leading in the Moment

Sat, February 1, 2025 @ 10:00 AM PST + 3 more • $175.00

In today’s fast-paced world, leadership is about more than making decisions—it is about staying present, being in relationship with others, and adapting to the unexpected. Based on the principles of LeaderProv, this 4-week course explores the core values that make great leadership possible: adaptability, active listening and collaboration, inclusivity, emotional intelligence, and creativity. This course is not about performing on a stage but about refining your leadership skills in ways that resonate in your workplace.

Through hands-on exercises and discussions, you will develop skills to navigate uncertainty, inspire trust, and create a positive team culture. You will learn how to embrace "Yes, And" thinking to drive innovation, listen actively to build stronger relationships, and empower your team through collaborative problem-solving. This course is designed to help people engage in leadership that is rooted in creativity, people, and innovation while remaining grounded in the moment.

Whether you are a seasoned leader, new to management, or seeking personal growth, this course offers practical strategies to lead effectively, stay grounded, and connect with those you guide. No improv experience is necessary. Just bring a willingness to learn, laugh, and lead.

Step into the moment, embrace the unexpected, and be confident in your leadership

This course is our first offering through our Build Organization, Opportunities, Strategy, and Talent (BOOST) Center for Organizational Excellence
